STUDIO POLICIES

  • We are by-appointment only to ensure you get complete privacy during your appointment. Our booking system allows you to book up to 30 days from today [if today is January 1st you will see availability open until February 1. If there are no appointments available then we are fully booked.]

    If you need to schedule an appointment ASAP (within the next 24 hours,) a “squeeze-in” fee may apply.

    Please read late arrival and last-minute cancellation policies to avoid additional fees.

  • You must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being considered a “last-minute cancellation” and being charged additional fees.

    Last-minute cancellations are subject to a fee of 20% of the service(s) booked and will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

  • Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment. Start times and durations are strict to be able to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for each client.

    If you are a NEW client, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure the necessary form(s) are filled out before service(s) can begin.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late from your appointment start time, you will forfeit your deposit and we will need to reschedule your appointment*.

    *PLEASE NOTE: You must reschedule your appointment on your next preferred date within 24 hours of your missed initial appointment in order to avoid being considered a “last-minute” cancellation. If you do not reschedule within the 24-hour window, the last-minute cancellation will apply (please read policy above).

  • Every appointment requires a nonrefundable $10 deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will go towards the final total of your service(s) booked.

    We accept card/contactless payments. If paying with cash, please bring EXACT change.

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be considered a “No Show,” forfeit their deposit, and be charged 100% of the service(s).

    Individual may be blocked from future bookings.

  • Teens are welcome to receive a service* at THE GLOSSPEL, too! The minimum age is 13 years old.

    We ask that if you are under the age of 17, a parent/guardian MUST accompany you to your appointment.

    *You must be 18 years or older to receive a facial peeling or facial dermaplaning treatment.

  • Due to limited space, children and pets are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.

    Only 1 additional guest at least 16 years old and above is permitted to accompany you; however, they will be asked to sit outside of the treatment room to allow space in order to safely perform the service(s).

    Service animal(s) allowed, but please notify us ahead of time.

  •  ♡ Order Processing Time

    Orders selected for in-store pickup require processing time.

    • Products shipped from Kin Aesthetics takes 7-14 business days

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready

    • Same-day pickup is typically not available

    Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before coming to the studio.

    ♡ Pickup Scheduling

    Pickup is by appointment only.

    General pickup availability:

    • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    • Occasionally Mondays or Fridays depending on availability

    To schedule:

    1. Reply to your pickup confirmation email

    2. Provide your preferred day and a 1–2 hour time window

    Once confirmed, your pickup is scheduled.

    • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise arranged.

    • If an order is not picked up within 7 days and no communication is received, it may be canceled and restocked.

    • Pickup orders cannot be partially shipped.

    If you need your order shipped instead of picked up:

    • Email us before your pickup is scheduled

    • Shipping fees will apply
