♡ NOTE: Every appointment requires a nonrefundable $10 deposit. This secures your appointment and will go towards your service. In the case of a last-minute cancellation (less than a 24-hour notice) or a no-show (15 minutes late past your appointment time), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. 

♡ A $50 squeeze-in fee is available for appointments outside of the studio’s availability.

♡ If receiving a lash lift, please come with a clean eye area (eyelids, lashes, undereye) and avoid falsies/mascara the day before (leaves residue).

♡ No pets except service animals permitted.

♡ No guests permitted.

♡ Babies and young children are not permitted in the studio.

♡ Minimum age to receive services is 17 years old.

♡ No refunds.

After you book, if you are a NEW client, you MUST fill out the New Client Intake FormsBEFORE your date. Please contact our studio if you checked YES to any contraindications.

  • Fill out THIS form if you’re receiving a Korean lash lift only

  • Fill out THIS form if you’re receiving a Skin Treatment only

  • Fill out THIS form if you’re receiving BOTH a Korean lash lift AND a Skin Treatment

First ever lash lift? → When you book your lash lift appointment, it is recommended that you also select the “Patch Test” add-on. This is a five-minute, complimentary appointment where we swatch the solutions on your inner forearm to determine any adverse reactions. Patch tests should be performed at least 24-48 hours before your service! ♡

You CANNOT receive a lash service if you have any of the following conditions →

♡ Eye infections (Conjunctivitis - Pink eye, Styes, or Blepharitis)

♡ Allergic reactions to perms or dyes in the past (Thioglycolic Acid, Cysteamine, or Tinting Dyes)

♡ Recent eye surgery or trauma (LASIK, Cataract Surgery, Injury, Recent Eyeliner/Permanent Makeup)

♡ Active Eczema or Psoriasis Around Eyes

♡ Ongoing Chemotherapy
