♡ NOTE: Every appointment requires a nonrefundable $10 deposit. This secures your appointment and will go towards your service. In the case of a last-minute cancellation (less than a 24-hour notice) or a no-show (15 minutes late past your appointment time), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

♡ If receiving a lash lift, please come with a clean eye area (eyelids, lashes, undereye) and avoid falsies/mascara the day before (leaves residue).

♡ No guests permitted (unless Guest is also receiving treatment(s) and appointments are scheduled back to back).

First ever lash lift? → When you book your lash lift appointment, it is recommended that you also select the “Patch Test” add-on. This is a five-minute, complimentary appointment where we swatch the solutions on your inner forearm to determine any adverse reactions. Patch tests should be performed at least 24-48 hours before your service! ♡

  • If you're new here, we recommend booking The Starlight Signature Facial.

    This fully customized treatment begins with an in-depth skin consultation where we'll chat about your skin concerns, goals, and current skincare routine so we can create a facial tailored just for you.

    After your treatment, you'll leave with personalized recommendations and an at-home plan to help you maintain your glow between visits. Once you book your Starlight Signature Facial, you’ll be able to book our Celestial Refresh which is for our returning Angels who want to continue their customized skin treatment.

    You are also welcome to book any of our Advanced Skin Treatments, since every facial begins with a consultation.

  • To ensure the best experience and results, we recommend avoiding retinol, exfoliants, and active ingredients (such as AHAs, BHAs, or benzoyl peroxide) for at least 7 days before your appointment, unless otherwise instructed!

    If you've recently received Botox, fillers, or other cosmetic treatments, please let us know before your visit.

  • Simply bring yourself and come ready to relax!!!!

  • Yes, of course!!!! Customization is our specialty, so we want to make sure your treatment is perfectly crafted to fit your skin’s needs!

    Add-ons may be available to further customize your treatment, though recommendations are always made based on your skin’s condition at the time of your appointment to ensure the best results. ♡

  • For best results, we recommend booking a facial every 4–6 weeks.

    This aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle and helps maintain clear, balanced, and healthy skin over time.

    If you’re working on specific concerns like acne, texture, or hyperpigmentation, we may recommend a more targeted treatment plan and frequency based on your skin’s needs and progress.

  • YES! Facials are for everyone—skin doesn’t have a gender, it has needs. Men are welcome to book THE ATLAS FACIAL or any of our advanced skin treatments!

    THE ATLAS FACIAL is our men’s facial that is fully customized to address concerns like congestion, irritation from shaving, ingrown hairs, dryness, and overall skin health.

    Whether you’re new to skincare or maintaining a routine, we’ll tailor your facial to help you achieve clear, balanced, and healthy skin.

  • YES! Every skin treatment comes with a thorough consultation so we can get a better understanding of your skin and you. Our Advanced facials are recommended for anybody who wants a next-level treatment.

  • A Korean lash lift is a gentler, more customized approach to lifting the natural lashes. Unlike traditional lash lifts that often create a uniform curl, Korean lash lifts focus on lash health and use advanced techniques to create a softer, more wispy, and eye-opening effect tailored to your unique eye shape.

    At The Glosspel, we customize every lift to complement your natural features while prioritizing the health and integrity of your lashes.

  • To help us achieve your dream lashes, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid using oils, lash serums, or waterproof mascara before your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend removing them beforehand or bringing a case for your comfort.

  • Results last up to 6-8 weeks, so long as you follow your aftercare guidelines!

  • Our technique is designed to be gentle and customized to your lash health, focusing on lifting and enhancing your natural lashes rather than over-processing them.

    We always prioritize the integrity of your lashes, and we’ll assess your lash condition before treatment to ensure they are healthy and suitable for lifting.

  • Absolutely!!! Many of our Angels love pairing a customized facial with a Korean lash lift for the ultimate glow-up experience by booking THE HOLY GRAIL.

  • We currently do NOT offer brow laminations as a service.

  • We typically rebook our clients every 8-10 weeks. This ensures that most of your lash lifts are grown out.
